What is organization? Furthermore, what are organizational skills?
Many times the most talented employees have the capacity to improve our business, grow professionally and help one another. However, these same employees may need new tools to assist them in keeping focused and organizing their work load and personal and professional responsibilities. This session is specifically designed for managers and supervisors who want to help their staff by teaching them proven ways to become more organized and efficient.
Teaching Your Employees Organizational Skills
Developing good organizational skills takes time, practice and a good tool box. This session will highlight key steps for helping employees keep focused, find efficiencies and integrate the organizational tools they already have available to them into their daily activities.
Using a daily diary, blocking time, creating and following a plan of action, delegation, calendars and internal tracking devices are just a sample of the elements discussed during this one hour teleconference. We’ll also help you identify time-wasters that steel valuable time from us each and every day.

What are LeaderSkills™ Presentations?
They are teleconference presentations that highlight leadership topics and provide direction and solid ideas that can be implemented immediately in your organization. All too often companies focus solely on ensuring their employees have the technical skills needed to complete the job at hand. What successful companies know is that employees also need soft skills training. Skills that allow your employees to maintain strong relationships with clients, co-workers, and others with whom they come in contact. Skills in communication, leadership, business development and supervision to name just a few. These are the skills employees need to project a professional image and advance in their careers. And these are the skills taught in the LeaderSkills™ Presentations.
How do the LeaderSkills™ Presentations work?
Delivered by knowledgeable team members of AZ & Company, the training is delivered right in your office, via a teleconference. Using your conference/meeting room, you will gather those employees interested in the topic together for a one hour training session. The group will follow a PowerPoint used to teach the principles and tips for the current topic, while listening to the presenter through a speaker phone located in the center of your conference room. The presentation portion will last approximately 45 minutes followed with a 15 minute questions and answers session.
Hint : When available, a data projector can be used to display the PowerPoint in the room for everyone to follow along. If a data projector is not available, a printed copy of the PowerPoint for those participating should be provided. You will receive a PDF file of the PowerPoint presentation than can be used to make printed copies.
What is the cost to participate?
In-house training is one of the most cost effective ways you can get your employees the training they need to be successful in their jobs. The cost for an organization to participate is based on the number of phone lines as follows:

Who's Behind leaderskills™ ?

Irene Bushnell is an accomplished professional and excellent speaker. She is highly regarded by her peers and by business professionals throughout the Northwest.
